Mr. Solís Arias is an attorney with vast experience in corporate and administrative law, litigation, mediations, civil law, mergers and acquisitions, interpretation of agreements, among others. He has ten years of experience, having started as an attorney in a local firm, where he later became a partner in the Corporate and Administrative Department.

On the academic side, Mr. Solís Arias stood out for obtaining the Chevening Scholarship granted by the British Embassy, in conjunction with the Foreign Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom, to study at the prestigious University of Oxford, Oxfordshire, U.K., for a Master's Degree in Jurisprudence. Previously, he graduated with "Summa Cum Laude" honors, the highest honor awarded by the Universidad Santa María La Antigua, with a degree in Law and Political Science.
